SALES ASSOCIATE
A successful candidate should be outgoing, friendly, and dependable. Sales associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their unique needs, answer their questions about our products and services, and recommend the best solutions.  Ultimately, the expectation of sales associates is to work together to provide the highest quality customer service experience in Topeka. 

Responsibilities:   
  • Assess customer’s needs by engaging in conversation 
  • Provide assistance and detailed information about our products 
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service 
  • Visual merchandising 
  • Process point-of-sale transactions 
  • Comply with inventory control procedures 
  • Daily cleaning and organization of the showroom 
  • Diagnose and intake repairs 
  • Perform jewelry inspections and cleaning 
  
Skills/Qualifications: 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Genuinely enjoy interacting with people 
  • Previous work experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills 
  • Good listener and fast learner 
  • Accepting of constructive feedback 
  • Basic computer savviness (Internet navigating, emailing, word processing, etc.) 
  • Ability to work on your own as a self-starter and also as a team player 
  • Saturday availability required

Job Type:
